Your area of responsibility

Überwachung der Server/Client Systeme und Sicherstellung der Verfügbarkeit
Betreuung der Firmen-internen IT-Infrastruktur.
Kompetente Unterstützung der Nutzer bei IT-Fragen.
Analyse von Service- und Supportfällen, inklusive technischer Fehlerbehebung – per Telefon, Remote und vor Ort an den Arbeitsplätzen.

Eine abgeschlossene IT- bzw. Informatiker-Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
Durch Berufserfahrung in den Aufgabenbereichen konnten Sie Ihre Kenntnisse weiter vertiefen
Sehr gute Kenntnisse in: Virtualisierung (Hyper-V), MS-Betriebssysteme (Server/Client), MS-Exchange, MS Office, MS-SharePoint und MS-SQL.
Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Administration von Netzwerken, Firewalls und MS-Betriebssystemen.
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit dem Streben nach konkreten Ergebnissen.
