Energy-saving modules reduce operating costs in extraction and filtration systems
ULT has reduced the nominal power from 0.9 kW to 0.75 kW in its extraction and filtration systems equipped with the MD.20 blower. Consequently, users benefit from energy savings of approximately 17%, whereas standard filtration systems on the market continue to operate in the 1 kW range while delivering the same air performance.
By utilizing energy-efficient negative-pressure blowers, ULT offers systems from the ULT 200.1 and LAS 260.1 series as cost-saving solutions − without any loss of performance.
The extraction and filtration systems in the ULT 200.1 series are deployed to eliminate a wide variety of industrial emissions. They safely and reliably remove − among other things − laser fumes and dust, soldering fumes and vapors, industrial dusts, as well as odors, gases, and vapors. Thanks to their mobility, these modular systems offer flexible application options.
The LAS 260.1 laser fume extractor offers excellent price-performance-ratio and can be flexibly adapted to accommodate changing processes and materials, such as metals, plastics, or organic substances. The specially developed filter modules guarantee long service lives, resulting in reduced maintenance requirements, stable production operations, and consequently lower costs.
When required, ULT’s extraction and filtration systems can be customized to meet individual specifications, e.g. fire and explosion protection requirements, the handling of varying materials, or specific spatial constraints. In close cooperation with its customers, ULT develops application- and solution-specific extraction and filtration systems designed to protect employees, processes, and products from the adverse effects of airborne contaminants.
