ULT Dry-Tec Line
Powerful process air dryers
With its particularly powerful process air fans, the ULT Dry-Tec Line provides high external pressure. Depending on the size of the system, this can be up to a maximum of 3,000 Pa externally. This power requirement can, for example, be necessary for long intake or exhaust air pipe sections or very complex procedural dehumidification solutions. By utilizing the power reserve, the use of additional external fans can sometimes be dispensed with.
As standard, the systems can be equipped with filters with an effectiveness of ePM1 ≥ 50% (filter class F7) or with a higher filter efficiency class. The individual monitoring of the most important components such as sorption rotor, filter, heating and mains voltage as well as extensive safety equipment with various alarm signals or remote monitoring and optionally expandable measurement and control options (volume flow control or constant pressure, humidity alarm thresholds, etc.) make the ULT Dry-Tec systems an all-rounder in the field of adsorption drying technology.

Equipment
The systems of our ULT Dry-Tec Line series are made of 2-3 mm thick sheet steel and coated with high-quality powder paint. The robust and very durable equipment is designed for the most adverse climatic and ventilation conditions and can be adapted to a wide range of process requirements.
The adjustable process air quantities of the six available system sizes range from 100 m³/h to a maximum of 8,000 m³/h and can be varied almost infinitely across sizes.
Our systems are equipped as standard with internal heat recovery and variable-speed fans. Optionally, you can operate the ULT Dry-Tec Line individually with a modular pre- and after-cooler, heaters using process hot or cold water or saturated steam. This offers the opportunity of energy-efficient system equipment and individual optimization to the requirements of tyolur individual application.
Further information on process air drying
For user-friendly system control, our systems are mainly equipped with an individually configurable and programmable Siemens S7 (PLC) and a touch screen. This offers you the advantage that all system parameters are clearly displayed and can be adjusted quickly and easily. In addition, further display screens can be created if required. An additional screen with an overview of the maintenance tasks is already available as an option, via which, for example, drying performance and/or regeneration performance can be continuously specified.
The full performance of the ULT Dry-Tec system results from the connection with the individually configurable extraction systems. The common system control creates a clear and very powerful process system that leaves nothing to be desired by the customer.
