Clean and dry air in electronics manufacturing

Ventilation solutions for the manufacture of electronic products

Nothing works without electronics these days. The economy and all industrial sectors are also driven and supported by electronic products.

A wide variety of technologies are used in the production of electronic components and assemblies - from circuit board production to component marking and storage.

In all areas, airborne pollutants that can harm employees, production facilities and products must be removed. The subject of relative humidity also plays a not insignificant role in this industry.

Whatever you need - we have your solution.

Air dryers in semiconductor and electronics production

Dry air is essential in semicon production

Many industrial processes often require fresh air, which can contain a lot of moisture and is subject to strong daily and seasonal fluctuations. Furthermore, people generate additional moisture through their breathing and sweating, which puts additional strain on the production environment.

If this humidity enters or remains uncontrolled in the production environment, it has a significant impact on the production costs and the quality of the products.

If you take into account the influence of humid air and the problems that arise from it from the outset, negative effects on the manufacturing costs and the process and product quality can be avoided from the outset by using suitable air treatment systems and comprehensive monitoring.

It is therefore important and technically possible to avoid foreseeable disruptions and damage due to humidity right at the start of the process, rather than having to deal with repairing the damage and the resulting follow-up costs and problems afterwards.
