Clean electronics manufacturing: ULT presents extraction solutions for employee health and process stability at EFX
At the new EFX 2026 industry platform in Stuttgart (October 6–8, Hall 9, Stand B26), ULT AG is showcasing tailored solutions for sustainable industrial air purification: flexible filter systems that safeguard investments in productivity, process stability, and occupational safety alike. Electronics manufacturing is characterized by continuous innovation and sophisticated technological processes.
However, it also generates unwanted by-products: airborne pollutants—such as soldering fumes, laser fumes, vapors, gases, or odors—arise depending on the specific production step. Users benefit from three key advantages: the units operate with exceptionally low noise levels, are designed for energy-efficient operation, and—thanks to their modular design—can be flexibly adapted to various processes and types of emissions. This creates a clean working environment, reduces operating and energy costs, and facilitates adaptation to changing production conditions.
At EFX, ULT is presenting mobile compact units for manual soldering and repair stations, as well as stationary systems for applications such as automated SMT lines, soldering equipment, depaneling processes, and laser marking.
ULT’s extraction and filtration solutions eliminate emissions down to nanoscale size, protecting employees, production equipment, and products. ULT experts are on hand to explain to interested visitors which system configuration is best suited for specific applications and to outline the potential savings achievable through a system design tailored to actual needs.
