Powerful process air dryers from the ULT-Cotes Line
The dehumidification systems of the ULT-Cotes Line are easy to maintain, easily accessible, versatile and designed in such a way that a large number of different system sizes and four different control variants are available, i.e. an efficient system can always be selected that is optimally adapted to your defined requirements. The larger device variants can also be heated with steam and/or hot water.
The adjustable process air quantities of the ULT-Cotes Line range from 100 m³/h to max. 30,000 m³/h and can be varied almost infinitely across sizes.
This series of devices is always made of stainless steel and is equipped as standard with process and regeneration filters with an efficiency class ePM10 ≥ 30% (formerly filter class G4). Filters with greater efficiency can be provided optionally if required.
ULT Cotes Line modules
Furhtermore, the devices and systems of the ULT Cotes Line can be equipped with additional standard modules for heat recovery, downstream heating and upstream and/or downstream cooling units.
Thanks to our extensive experience in the field of drying and air technology, we can additionally provide you customer-specific equipment features to the available standard systems of the ULT-Cotes Line at any time. This applies above all to extended electrical, mechanical and operating technology, as well as special solutions adapted to the specific drying process.
